Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During new drops, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and delivery speed selected.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2 to 3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations

Quiet Crown currently ships within the United States. Expansion to international shipping is planned for the future.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, Quiet Crown is not responsible for lost packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Quiet Crown is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
